• Q, Do I have to cut the sweet wrapper and chocolate bar wrapper out?

A, Yes the chocolate bar wrappers come in strips of 6 and the sweet wrappers come in strips of 4. They are very easy to do just simply cut around the outer guide line.

 

• Q, Do you print on standard paper?

A, No we print our wrappers on high gloss 190gms paper for a quality finish. We print our invites on 230gms glossy soft card this give them both a quality finish and feel.

 

• Q, Can I have my own photo on the wrappers or invites?

A, Yes simply send your photo's to info@bespokecandydelights.co.uk please add your full name to the email along with your order number.

 

• Q, I do not want a photo on the wrappers can you print my child's favorite TV character?

A, Yes we can print most themes and characters

 

• Q, Do you send me a proof first?

A, We can send a proof just let us know that you would like a proof emailed before print.

 

• Q, Are the wrappers easy to put together?

A, YES! Very easy! We also supply an illustrated help sheet in with your order.

 

• Q. Do the clear bags come with your sweet wrappers?

A, Yes we supply the bags.

 

• Q, How do the wrappers attach?

A, The Chocolate wrappers simply attach either using a glue stick or what we find is the easiest and best effect is clear sellotape. The sweet wrappers attach to the bags by a staple.

 

• Q, What Chocolate bar do the wrappers fit?

A, The fit lovely around the two fingered Kitkats as show in our photos

 

• Q, What Size are your invites?

A, Our Invites are 6x4" and are 230gms thick with a glossy front and mat back.

 

• Q, Do your invites come with envelopes?

A, Yes all our invites will come complete with quality white envelopes.

 

• Q, I have placed my order how do I get my information and photo to you?

A, Simply send your info and photo to info@bespokecandydelights.co.uk please add your full name and order number.

 

• Q, How quick will my order arrive?

A, Once we have your details and photo we aim to have your order printed and posted within 24-48 hours               Monday - Friday.

 

• Q, Do you offer a next day delivery service?

A, Yes we offer Royal mail 24hour tracked delivery however there is a charge for this and order's need to be in before 10am that day.

 

• Q, Will my order arrive safely?

A, We post all our order's in thick board backed envelopes or for large order's in boxes.

 

• Q, What if my order does not arrive?

A, If you order as not arrived after 7 days send us an email and we will put a track on it.

 

• Q, Can I return my item?

A, Yes (please see terms) you have up to 14 days to return your item simply email me first confirming the item is being returned and the reason why and we will process that for you. Once we have received your return we will then issue a full refund. We advice all returns are send back recorded delivery. Items being returned must be in new condition and not been used.

 

• Q, How quickly will I get my money back once I have returned my item?

A, Once we have received your item we will email straight away and send over a refund immediately.
